Frequently Asked Questions
AnchorageTps is providing worldwide general dentists and orthodontists clear aligner treatment planning service in all malocclusions including complex cases. After creating your account in a minute, you can start submitting your cases and get the final treatment plan in 48 hours.
If your case has already been planned in our system, additional aligners do not require a payment and you do not have to submit your case again. You can use the chatbot in your page to communicate with your advisor.
If your case has not been planned in our system, it is needed to be submitted and regular payment rules are applied.
You can always ask for a clinical opinion from your advisor but responsibility of aligner treatment indication belongs to our doctors and we do not have the authority or responsibility on results regarding that.
You can submit any kind of malocclusion depending on your indication. If you are having a problem with choosing the right treatment package, you can contact your advisor but final decision belongs to you.
After filling the "Case submission form" out, you will be directed to payment section (the amounts of the different type of packages are specified in this page). You will receive the bill in 7-10 business days after the case submission is completed.
In AnchorageTps system, all advisors are dentists trained for clear aligner treatments and reviewed more than 300+ cases each so far. If you have a problem with your assigned advisor, you can reach out to us via e-mail and request a change. Your advisor will not be notified about this request.
