At AnchorageTPS, we are committed to delivering high-quality treatment plans. If you are not satisfied with your treatment plan, we offer a refund under the conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the treatment plan.
  • The plan must not have been used to initiate patient treatment.
  • Refund requests must include a specific reason for dissatisfaction.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@anchoragetps.com with your order number and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued in EUR at the original purchase amount.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Consulting-only services once the consultation has been delivered.
  • Treatment plans where revisions were offered but not utilized.
  • Cases where treatment has already been initiated based on the plan.
